we book this hotel and paid earlier..however when we arrived the receptionist said he counted find my booking after more than 3 hours waiting..he said system down bla bla bla..after pushing and pushing they finally find the booking.. at first said check in at 2pm then later said 4pm..pftttt..im not sure what are their problems! however the room waa pretty good and the hotel was very near to masjig nabawi around 100m only near to door 339.. they need to improve their customer service and check in process..other than that everything was okay!
